What is the price structure of WebWordSystem?
WebWordSystem has an official price list for all services.
What is the standard currency of WebWordSystem?
The standard currency used in WebWordSystem is Euro (EUR). However, a special Danish price list has been made which is only used for companies invoiced in Denmark.
How many accounts can I have?
Your purchase of terms and segments is deducted from the balance, while other users' purchase of your terms and segments is added to the balance.
How will I receive the money from my settlement account if money is owed to me?
If the balance of your settlement account exceeds EUR 160 in addition to the expected consumption over the next two months, EUR 134 will automatically be transferred to your bank account.
Which payment methods can I use?
When purchasing a licence, WebWordSystem ApS will forward an invoice stating the licence type ordered, required number of users, annual Support & Update and an on account amount for EUR 15 for consumption in Public area.
In order to use Public area in WebWordSystem, your
settlement account must be > EUR 0.
All payments must be made by transfer to WebWordSystem
ApS' bank account in Danske Bank, Denmark.
What is the payment structure in connection with fuzzy matches?
Unless there is an exact match, term purchases are settled according to match percentage, as described in our official price list.
Will I be charged per word or per character?
All settlements are based on the number of words in the source text. Settlement is calculated according to our official price list.
Will I pay several times for the same match in each translation process?
Payments are based on each individual match of a translation in Public area. This means that if the same term or segment is retrieved several times in a text, you will pay for all matches.
Why should I transfer terms and segments from Private area to Public area?
It is WebWordSystem ApS' philosophy that when a term or segment has been translated once there is no need to ever translate it again. Knowledge sharing, however, will only take place if as many people as possible transfer their translated terms and segments to Public area, which will lead to a streamlining of the translation process for all.
Furthermore, it is only possible to get paid for your own terms and segments if they are available in Public area.
What kind of price structure is used for my earnings?
You will be paid each time your terms and segments are used by other users. Check our official price list.
How long can I get paid for my terms and segments in Public area?
Your right to earnings on your group's term and segments continues until you cease to be a WebWordSystem user. As long as you are a user, there are no restrictions on the number of matches that can be made.
As a result, your earnings will be highest if you publish all your terms and segments immediately.
