I was contacted by WebWordSystem ApS and was delighted to discover that the system would make my work of translating the annual reports easier, as I knew there were many repetitions from last year.

I had last year's annual report loaded into the system and approx. 60 per cent of the text turned out to be identical with last year's report, so I saved many hours of translation work by using WebWordSystem.

The system also has another useful facility. In my translations, I often have to translate a difficult sentence which reminds me of a sentence I have translated before. The system enables me to search for the relevant sentence. That is a really helpful function, which I often use.

I have also started using the system for smaller translations and although there are not many matches initially, I know that this will change. In addition, I translate a number of specialist texts, where the many matches are extremely helpful. This also ensures that I achieve uniform phrasing in my translations.

Over many years, I have developed a term list in MS Word, including some 8,000 terms and sentences in Danish/English and Danish/German. This term list has now been added to WebWordSystem, which makes it much easier to find the terms and sentences that I need.

If I had known how efficient WebWordSystem is, I would have invested in it many years ago.

At times, there have been problems with a few functions, but they were resolved by WebWordSystem ApS, who are incredibly helpful and quick to respond. They are also pleased to receive suggestions for improvements and I get the impression that they constantly endeavour to fulfil the users' wishes.
